SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING
Products in stock are normally dispatched within 3 working days. We ship all orders through CTT (the Portuguese Post Company) using registered mail which means you will get a reference number to track your parcel. It usually takes 2/3 working days to deliver to Portugal, 5 working days for Europe and 7 working days for the rest of the World. Please keep in mind these are estimate and we are not responsible for any delay after we dispatched the order.
Price of shipping will be automatically calculated on checkout, after you enter the shipping address.
RETURNS
We really hope you'll fall in love with your Airosa as soon as you put it on! But, if for some reason you're not completely happy with your Airosa Design purchase, this is what you have to do:
- Contact us within 5 working days after receiving an order letting us know you would like to return/exchange it.
Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return.
Please note that exceptions may apply for the return of certain custom-made or one-of-kind products. If you have any questions, please contact us.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS ~
If you wish to make a return/exchange, send us an e-mail to shop@airosadesign.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. This email should contain: your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items the return/exchange relates to.
As soon as we get back to you confirming your request, you have 5 working days to return it.
You are responsible for any damage incurred to the items during the return shipment. We, therefore, strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
If possible, provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. In case you're exchanging it for other product we will refund or charge you accordingly, using the same methods.
If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
