If, for some reason you would like change your mind, you have 10 working days to contact us to return/exchange it, after we reply, you have another 10 working days to return the item. The client is responsible for the returning costs unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our side. 

Shipping costs are based on destination and weight of the package and they are calculated at check out. Products in stock are normally dispatched within 3 working days. We ship all orders through CTT (the Portuguese Post Company) using registered mail which means you will get a reference number to track your parcel. It usually takes 2/3 working days to deliver to Portugal, 5 working days for Europe and 7 working days for the rest of the World. Please keep in mind these are estimate and we are not responsible for any delay after we dispatched the order.

Take good care of your Airosa, hand wash with a humid cloth. You can add a bit of detergent if it’s too dirty, scrub gently. Do not machine wash or iron it.
